IC Loyalty Rewards

You can earn points by signing up for our newsletter, placing orders, following us on social media, writing reviews, and more. For detailed information, visit the 'How to Earn Points' section on our loyalty page.

By joining our loyalty program, you can earn points for various activities, which can be redeemed for discounts, free shipping, and other exclusive rewards. You'll also gain access to tiered rewards that offer additional benefits as you earn more points.

Points are only awarded to registered members of our loyalty program. Please make sure you are logged in to earn points for your purchases.

Points may have expiration dates depending on the specific reward or activity. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each reward for more details.

You move up tiers by accumulating points through eligible activities. Each tier has a target point requirement, and reaching these targets will automatically upgrade your tier status.

When you share your referral link and your friend makes a purchase, both you and your friend can earn rewards.

Referral Details:
• The $20 discount is valid for new customers only and can be used on purchases over $99 AUD.
• You will receive 1000 loyalty points once the referral has completed their purchase and the order is shipped.
• Make sure your referral is sent to a valid email address. Referrals to email addresses or shipping addresses with names similar to your own will not be eligible.

You can track your points and rewards by logging into your account and visiting the 'Points History' section. This will provide a detailed overview of your points activities.

If you have a IC Loyalty Account, you can receive a birthday reward based on your Level! To add your birthday to your account:

1. Log in to your IC Rewards account here.
2. Under "Ways to Earn Points," hover over the "Birthday Rewards" box.
3. You'll see an option to add your birthday. Make sure to enter it at least 30 days in advance.

Minimum spend applies:

$99 AUD/$79 USD

Birthday rewards codes are only valid for 14 days from date of issue.

Note: Birthdates can only be entered once and cannot be changed.

Not receiving your birthday reward?

Allow up to 24 hours after your birthday for your discount code to be applied to your account.

Check if your birthday is entered correctly in the format MM/DD/YYYY.

Your birthday code will also be emailed to you.

Please note that our reward and discount promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or bundle offers, and they require a minimum spend of $99 AUD/$79 USD.

If you're experiencing issues using your code, it's possible that it may have already been applied to a previous order. If you’ve redeemed points and are attempting to use a rewards code that has already been claimed, try refreshing your account to see if the code clears.

Points earned have a rolling expiry of 12 months from the date of issue. If not redeemed within this period, they will expire.

Please note, that each set of points expires individually after 12 months from the date they were earned.

For example, if you earn 200 points on January 4, 2025, and 50 points on December 1, 2025, the 200 points will expire on January 4, 2026, and the 50 points will expire on December 1, 2026.

Our rewards tiers are based on a 12-month spend, and the timer is activated once a tier is reached. The tiers are as follows:

• PERIDOT: $0
• TOPAZ: $500 AUD
• RUBY: $1000 AUD
• SAPPHIRE: $5000 AUD
• DIAMOND: $5000 AUD+

Points for purchases will be automatically updated in your account within minutes of placing an order. However, points for product reviews require a little more time, as they are awarded after the review is submitted and approved. Once you've submitted your review via the review request email (sent after your purchase has been dispatched), it can take up to 2 weeks for the points to be applied.
