Order Shipping
All items are carefully inspected, packaged & shipped by Australian Post.
Items are generally shipped within 1 - 14 Business Days, but some may take up to 30 Business Days depending on Crystal Colour availability from Preciosa® and stock coming from overseas retailers.
- We are at no time liable for any customs charges or duties that maybe incurred for the customer to receive their order.
- Please note that we cannot be responsible for an International package being delayed by customs and, therefore cannot guarantee a delivery date.
- Please be advise that in the event that you order does go missing in the post or is broken during shipping, we are not liable. Insurance can be claimed if you upgrade to a shipping method that covers it.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Standard Postage - 2-7 business days
Express Postage - 1-3 business days
If upgrading to Express Shipping - Australia Post do allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there is unforeseeable delays.
Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days. We use Australia Post Express which is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas- Perth CBD only).
Tracking your order
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.

Delivery & Order Cost
The delivery cost is a flat rate per order. All charges are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). The currency conversion will provide an estimate to your local currency. The conversion provided estimates the charge in your local currency, however you will be charged in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
Order Tracking
We use Australia Post for all international deliveries, which is fully trackable. You will be emailed a tracking number on dispatch.
Customs Charges
The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges. We are at no time liable for any customs charges or duties/taxes that maybe incurred for the customer to receive their order.
REFUSAL OF ORDER
If in the event you refuse to take procession of your order or it sits at the post office without collection and is shipped back - I will NOT Refund as the items were still custom made for you.
If your order needs to be resent because you were away for the delivery or incorrect address was provided, an additional post charge will need to be paid by the customer.
